MACK PENNER

Mack is a historian of twentieth and twenty-first century Canada, principally interested in issues related to ideology and political economy. As HQP on Activity 8, he studies the political and discursive uses of emissions-reducing technologies, especially by fossil fuel firms, in order to better understand some of the obstacles to climate action broadly and to the deployment of CDR technologies more specifically.
